Terms of service

A digital mockup will be provided for your review before production. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check all details, including spelling, grammar, design placement, colors, and shirt sizes. Production will not begin until you have approved the design in writing (email, text, or signature). Once the design proof is approved, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted after production has started. This includes changes to shirt size, color, or design after approval. Quantities and sizes must be confirmed before production. Any additions after approval will be considered a new order and may require additional setup time and cost. Standard production time begins after design approval and payment are received. Rush orders may be subject to additional fees. A full payment is required before production begins.
